Hours: 3 pm to 11:30 pm

Responsibilities

Responsibilities 2nd Shift Human Resources Clerk position include but are not limited to:

Answering PhonesData entryDaily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employeesCommunications with both internal and external departmentsGeneral Receptionist DutiesDaily Attendance TrackingFiling as requiredVarious duties as required

This is an ON-SITE position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the 2nd Shift Human Resources Clerk position should have the following:

Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & ExcelPossess efficient data entry skillsGood customer service skillsGood work history and attendanceMust be able to work with confidential mattersTeam Player with good communication skillsGood Telephone etiquette skillsPossess a professional attitude/conductEnglish/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus
