2nd SHIFT HVAC P1 Assembly and Inspection, starting at $18.72/hour!

Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Assembly of automotive partsVisual inspectionOperate an electric air-driverComplete daily reportsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentReceive training to run any and all aspects of the production line when necessaryPerform all work safely, following all safety proceduresIdentify and resolve problemsSupport Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities, train new team members, take all steps necessary to meet the customer's needs

Physical and Environmental Demands:

Repetitive lifting up to 33 poundsBendingTwistingRepetitive gripping with handsStanding for prolonged periods of time (8-12 hours)Ability to work overtime including weekend overtimeComfortable working in an environment with extreme temperatures and loud noises

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferredSolid, recent work historyAbility to pass a hands-on dexterity assessment if selected for final assembly area
