Job Summary:

Green Rabbit, a cold storage logistics company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Inventory Lead to oversee inventory operations, ensure accuracy in stock levels, and support warehouse efficiency. This role requires coordinating inventory processes, training team members, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Shift: 3:30PM - 12:00AM Monday - FridayKey Responsibilities:Inventory Management: Oversee inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts, tracking stock movements, and resolving discrepancies.Team Leadership: Direct, train, and assist inventory personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.System Coordination: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, generate reports, and update records.Process Optimization: Monitor and improve inventory handling processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.Quality Control: Verify received and stored inventory, check product labeling, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.Equipment & Safety: Ensure proper use of inventory equipment (e.g., scanners, forklifts), enforce safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness in work areas.Issue Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot inventory variances, collaborating with warehouse and operations teams for solutions.Reporting & Documentation: Complete required inventory reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to management.At end of shift, secure all equipment, perform general housekeeping duties and complete all required paperwork. Complete reports (downtime, production, lot numbers, quality checks) and assist Maintenance personnel with repairs and as needed.
