2nd Shift Line Attendant
**Job Title: 2nd Shift Line Attendant** **Job Description** As a 2nd Shift Line Attendant, you will be responsible for operations in the Grated, Shred, Deli, Wedge, and Box departments. You will be cross-trained in each area and responsible for inspections, packaging, loading and unloading raw material into packaging machines, sanitation, and other related tasks. This role requires working in a cleanroom environment where no nail polish, jewelry, or fake nails are allowed on the production floor. **Responsibilities** + Operate in Grated, Shred, Deli, Wedge, and Box departments + Conduct inspections and packaging + Load and unload raw materials into packaging machines + Maintain sanitation standards + Adhere to cleanroom environment regulations **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor + Knowledge of cleanroom operations + Packaging and inspection skills + Palletizing and forklift operation + Machine operation proficiency + Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior food industry experience is a plus but not required **Work Environment** The work environment is in a Whey Converting facility where the liquid is removed from the curd of the cheese to process cheese blocks. This area is warmer as the curd is pasteurized and processed through centrifuge machines and evaporation equipment. The 2nd Shift hours are 3pm - 11pm, Monday through Friday. The dress code requires a hair net, beard net, and steel-toed shoes. No earrings, fake nails, jewelry, or permanent piercings are allowed on the production floor at any time. **Location & Pay** Plymouth, Wisconsin ($20.50/hr) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
