Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a 2nd Shift Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** 2nd Shift Logistics Associate
**Location:** Marysville, OH
**Pay Range:** $19.84 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform shipping tasks including box making and order induction.
+ Assist in receiving by unloading materials manually.
+ Engage in value-added services such as kitting, labeling, and general maintenance.
+ Support the shipping process through sorting, loading, and packing.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace through housekeeping duties.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience in a manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing setting is a plus but not required.
+ Willingness to work in a busy, sometimes noisy environment.
