The training will include the set-up, operation and routine machine maintenance. The Machine Operator will be required to follow all Quality standards and maintain production requirements. Responsibilities + Set-up, adjust, and operate equipment as trained in a safe manner. + Read and understand blue prints + Properly use gages and other quality tools to ensure production of good parts. + Perform first piece inspections, monitor the quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards + Perform minor preventive maintenance, complete all required tracking documents + Work with tooling and maintenance personnel to maximize production efficiencies + Perform the duties required to record data for SPC, ISO/IATF 16949 documentation.
