**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and schedule maintenance personnel and oversee the general maintenance of all facility buildings, equipment, and grounds. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role that involves troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs, changing fuses, troubleshooting shorts, pulling wire, and using a CMMS to make reactive work orders. The Maintenance Supervisor will support and administer the Company Safety Program, hold weekly safety meetings, coach and evaluate maintenance technicians, and assure compliance with 6S, ISO/TS16949:2002, OSHA, and EPA standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting PLCs and a variety of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, executing a preventative and predictive maintenance program, directing and assisting with the installation of equipment, and partnering with various support groups to complete projects that support company initiatives. **Pay/Shift/Additional Information:** + 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm). + The schedule includes 10-hour shifts from Monday through Thursday, with occasional work on Friday. + Pay: $28.00/hr. - $35.00/hr. + This is a permanent position. + This is a non-climate controlled environment with openings on **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
