2nd Shift Material Handler with Forklift (Scanner)
**Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a Scanner, located in Hartsville, South Carolina.** **WORK HOURS:** 2nd shift 3:00 PM-11:30 PM (Occasional Saturday's) Pay rate: $16.00/hr. **GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION** The inventory Scanner will be responsible for scanning parts in a high-volume warehouse. In this role, you will use a handheld scanner to track items as they enter or leave the warehouse. This ensures that our inventory database is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. You will also be responsible for sorting inventory after it is scanned. Our ideal candidate has attention to detail and the manual dexterity to scan items quickly and efficiently. **MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Scan items with a handhold scanner as they leave or enter our warehouse + Sort inventory after scanning + Update inventory information in our database + Prepare shipping documents. + Perform administrative tasks as needed + Document incoming material by comparing count/measure of items to the purchase order and packing slip + Ability to work in a fast pace environment **REQUIREMENTS** + High school diploma and/or GED certificate + Basic computer skills + Attention to detail + Urgency to customer demands/satisfaction + Ability to manage multiple projects successfully with minimum supervision + Must be able to regularly lift up to 20lbs Interested applicants are encouraged to apply directly to this ad or you may call our office at 843-664-1191 for additional information and consideration.
