**Job Title: 2nd Shift Mixer** **Responsibilities** + Accurately assemble all ingredients and record on correct production paperwork. + Follow step-by-step instructions on blending sheets. + Maintain food safety culture regarding food defense, quality, and cGMPs for production and warehousing. + Consistently assemble all paperwork, boxes, and sight standards. + Utilize and calibrate scales using proper weights and techniques. + Stack boxes in an orderly fashion for palletizing. + Read and understand product codes and lot numbers. + Find proper screens for Swecos and Comils.
