Description We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Network Operations Technician for an opening on 2nd shift. Responsibilities: + Platform Monitoring: Assist in monitoring all supported platforms according to established routines. + System Stability: Ensure stable operating environments and maximize system facility utilization. + Console Operations: Operate and monitor console systems and peripheral equipment such as printers and disk devices. + Technical Procedures: Conduct routine technical procedures, including adding and running ad hoc jobs in the Enterprise Job Scheduler, user administration, participating in disaster recovery exercises, and conducting code promotions. + Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Required Skills: + Technical Proficiency: Experience with Windows 10, Job Scheduling, Mainframe Operations, and Active Directory. + NOC Center Experience: Familiarity with NOC operations and support. Preferred Skills: + Microsoft Technologies: Azure, O365, Server 2008-current. + Mainframe: Z/OS mainframe. + Automation/Scheduling: Control-M. + Security and Access Management: Savyint, Okta, RSA. + Virtualization: VMWare Horizon. + IT Service Management: ServiceNow. + Network Monitoring: SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
