**In Need of a 2nd Shift Paintline Operator Near Hopkins** **$21.50/hr, Can Start This Week** **Job Description** We are looking for individuals to join our paintline production team. This position involves operating machines and equipment used to paint metal siding and shingles for residential construction. While this is not a painting position, candidates must be comfortable working with and being around paint. **Responsibilities** + Place coils on the unwinders with a hoist, start coils on the rewinders, and remove painted coils off the rewinders. + Examine bare and coated metal for defects. + Replace rollers as needed. + Stitch coils together to maintain a continuous line. + Grind and smooth paint rollers on lathes when needed. + Load and unload trucks when needed. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of machine operation experience. + Mechanically inclined. + Experience with hand and power tools. **Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + General labor and material handling skills. + Inspection and assembly line experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer an eligible up to 15% 401k match based on company performance (5% automatic match, up to 10% additional match with profit sharing).
