**Job Title: Painter Helper** **Job Description** Join our team as a Painter Helper, where you will be a vital part of our production process, assisting with painting tasks and ensuring the quality of our products. This position offers a dynamic and team-oriented work environment with opportunities for cross-training in various production areas. **Responsibilities** + Assist with painting tasks, including mixing paint (acetone, water) and using a spray gun to paint blades. + Read job orders to determine paint colors and quantities. + Wear and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respirator, apron, gloves, glasses, and steel-toed shoes. + Work in a paint booth with suction air to reduce paint spray. + Inspect materials being produced or packed, and perform required tests as defined in standard operating procedures. + Report any problems to the supervisor and communicate effectively with team members. + Meet production goals in a timely manner while being flexible and team-oriented. + Perform various production roles and shift locations as needed, including dressing, packaging, grinding, CET printing, and stamping. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and job orders. + Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude. + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing. + Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. + Basic knowledge of working in fast-paced environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior painting experience required, but a basic understanding of the production environment is preferred. + Reliability and tenure are valued over experience. + Comfortable working with paint and acetone. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for permanent hire based on performance.
