Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Worker

Job Description

As a 2nd Shift Production Worker, you will be responsible for loading packages with powder, weighing, and sealing products for final checks. You will also handle the packaging and palletizing of finished products for distribution. Working closely with your team, you will strive to meet daily production goals, which include lifting, stacking, and preparing bags for shipment. Ensuring the blending line runs correctly and attaching the appropriate labels for shipment are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed, sanitize rooms, titrate chemicals, and participate in washing functions.

ResponsibilitiesLoad packages with powder, weigh and seal products for final check.Package and palletize finished products for distribution.Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.Lift, stack, and prepare bags for shipment.Perform final checks on product to ensure blending line ran correctly.Attach appropriate labels for shipment.Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed.Clean and sanitize rooms as needed.Titrate chemicals and participate in washing functions.Operate pallet jack to move product around.Essential SkillsExperience in production, packaging, and palletizing.Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.General labor and production skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications6 months of experience in food production, packaging, or machine operation.Ability to lift 40-60 lbs bags throughout the day (possibly every 30 seconds).Comfortable bending, lifting at the waist line, twisting, and standing for the duration of the shift.Comfortable using cleaning chemicals.Why Work Here?
