As a Production Supervisor with Trane Technologies, you will use your passion for quality and cost effectiveness in manufacturing to help lead our team in Columbia, SC. You will monitor and coordinate the daily operation of a production shift in a lean manufacturing environment and partner with other department leads/supervisors to achieve team and plant goals.

Where is the work:
This position will be onsite each day in Columbia, SC
What you will do:
Ensure overall performance of the production or plant team, focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output.Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow. Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.Regularly communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members.Engage in training, development, and fostering positive employee relations.Haven’t done every single thing in the job description? What we expect of you:
