Job Summary:
We are looking for a cleaner who has experience with floor care maintenance ( Waxing/ Stripping/ Buffing/ Carpet Cleaning), this is a full-time opportunity. Under general direction, clean and maintain all carpeted and hard surfaces while insuring proper preventative maintenance to special floor equipment.
We have multiple shifts available as well as both full time, part time and seasonal opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Basic cleaning, including cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting polishing and other assigned items/areas. We have multiple shifts available as well as both full time, part time and seasonal opportunities.
Service all public and operating space throughout the buildingFacilitate plaza and/or parking garage areas as specifiedKeep elevator cars clean and neatPreserve lobby and first impression areasUphold exterior of buildingMaintain restroom cleanlinessCheck and restock all restroom productsPolice building groundsPolice the dockPolice stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly and damp mop stair landings & treads monthlySnow removalRespond to special requests throughout the dayPerform all assigned tasks in a professional mannerPerform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet, and brick flooringComplete work assignments in a timely mannerUtilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedureLeverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriateAlways observe safety precautions, uses safety signs “wet floor.”Ability to work without normal supervisionReports safety hazards when identifiedSafely drive a company vehicleWaxing, stripping, buffing floors.Carpet cleaning with floor equipment. Knowledge and Skill Requirements High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year Project experienceStrong communication skillsMust be willing to work assigned hoursSchedule: Monday - Friday ( Flexible schedule) OT and Weekends

Payrate:
$19.15 / hr
