ResponsibilitiesComply with OSHA Textron health and safety standards
• Comply with TS 16949 ISO 14001 standards
• Perform all measurement and functional tests per customer specific quality requirements
• Stop processes and escalate in all cases of non-conformities to quality (STOP-CALL-WAIT)
• Support audits (2S, 6S, product audits, etc.) and TPM
• Support other related quality functions such as containment, inspections, problem solving, troubleshooting and analysis
• Maintain work areas in clean and orderly manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements Knowledge of Kautex manufacturing Process Knowledge of product and measuring test equipment and techniques Knowledge of statistical analysis and Rapid Problem Solving Must have functional and technical skill Ability to use and read quality tools such as calipers, microscopes, etc. Ability to follow work instructions Must have time management skills, multi-task oriented Team oriented, strong communication skillsKnowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
