Job Title: Receiving Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position involves managing incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and products, and ensuring accurate inventory records. The role requires a candidate who is proficient in using ERP systems and has experience with both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.

ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and products in a timely manner.Contact freight companies to schedule pickups through phone or digital portals.Receive, sort, label packages, and put them away in the warehouse.Consolidate inventory within the warehouse.Perform spot/cycle counts of warehouse inventory.Execute quality checks and inspections as needed.Maintain clean organization of goods, paperwork, and work area.Continuously build job knowledge through the execution of Standard Operating Procedures.Essential SkillsExperience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts.Proficiency in using ERP systems and Excel tools.Strong attention to detail for handling paperwork with fine print.Ability to perform inventory counts and troubleshoot discrepancies.Experience in shipping and receiving functions.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75
