**Job Title: 2nd Shift Shipping Clerk $19-- Hiring ASAP!!** **Job Description** A distribution company that manufactures automotive parts is seeking a long-term shipping clerk/warehouse worker. The role involves receiving and restocking inventory, dispatching, handling overstock, and loading and unloading materials from trucks. Additional duties include breaking down boxes, packaging items for shipment, and utilizing order rolling stairs, pickers, and RF scanners to fulfill orders. The candidate will also assist Warehouse Supervisors as needed. **Responsibilities** + Receive and restock inventory + Handle dispatch and overstock + Load and unload materials from trucks + Break down boxes and package items for shipment + Use order rolling stairs, pickers, and RF scanners to fulfill orders + Assist Warehouse Supervisors as needed + Pick orders using stairs to reach materials for the automotive industry + Package items for shipment **Essential Skills** + Experience with picking, RF scanners, packing, packaging, pallet jack, unloading, loading, and order picking + Knowledge of inventory and warehouse inventory management + Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds + Comfortable utilizing rolling safety ladders (5-7 steps) and occasionally a 15 ft stair ladder + Ability to speak, read, and write English + Able to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms + Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or squat + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and individually motivated **Why Work Here?** Once you go direct, you will receive a $0.50 increase in pay. Additionally, you will be trained on forklift operations, which will lead to an extra dollar per hour. The role is for the 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime up to 2 hours daily and occasional Saturdays. The dress code includes plain shirts, jeans without holes, and closed-toed shoes.
