The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for shipping and receiving operations, including leading hourly team members to maximize productivity on assigned shifts in a fast paced distribution environment. This is a 2nd Shift Position (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Some overtime may be required during peak business season.

Possesses a strong customer service orientation and provide dedicated support of internal customer requirementsStrong leadership experience with the ability to drive strong employee engagement Has knowledge of computerized integrated information systems (manufacturing, materials management, production planning, procurement and distribution)Has experience working with Carriers, Freight Forwarders and VendorsMust be flexible, decisive, and proactive at problem-solvingWorks well in high pressure, fast-paced environmentHas strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple priorities at onceProficient at conflict resolutionResourceful, can find solutions to unusual problems and meet customer needsMust have an excellent understanding of manufacturing material flowStrong analytical & organizational skills, very detail-oriented and good with numbersMust be able to travel (approximately 5%) to other locations and customersThis role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 70,000- $80,000
