Objective

The ACM Team Supervisor (ACMTS) is responsible for all the Account Compliance Managers (ACM) of the company. They are responsible for the company’s quality control of general business operations, client satisfaction, and productivity with Independent Contractors (IC). The ACMTS must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to; industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc. The ACMTS must also be able to exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others to best meet clients’ needs.

 

Essential functions

·        Coach, mentor and develop ACMs to…

o   Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with ICs and In-House labor by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.

o   Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.

o   Communicate with Facility Solutions Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via CRM or email.

o   Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting service level agreement.

o   Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.

o   Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.

o   Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.

·        Cover an ACMs buildings when an ACM is utilizing PTO

·        Coordinate and organize all New Starts and Restarts for a given region

·        Be a training resource along with the Senior ACM for all new ACMs that join the company

·        Provide retraining to ACMs when needed

·        Audit Janitorial Closets to ensure they meet company standards

·        Standardize chemicals and equipment for all accounts for a given region

·        Follow the City Wide Customer Complaint Policy

·        Follow the City Wide STAR Account Policy

·        Serve as ACM for all ROM & SFSM assigned accounts

·        Ensure all ACM Routes, Calendars, CRM and Validation checks are happening daily

·        Track and report accurately the time and attendance of all direct reports

·        Routing / Dispatching ACMs nightly

·        Scheduling IC walkthroughs with ACMs

·        Conduct ACM ride alongs

·        Conduct weekly 1on1s

·        Conduct team meeting at a minimum monthly

·        Conduct lost account debriefs with the IC and ACM

·        Ensure CRM is up to date

·        Proactively leverage technology to enhance processes and workflows

·        Works with ICPM on

o   # of buildings per IC

o   Feedback of ICs

o   Equipment/Chemical audits
