Position SummaryThe Warehouse Administrator handles a variety of day-to-day warehouse operations tasks that support the packaging, shipping, and inventory/performance assessments of the Fulfillment teams.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited toOrganize and evaluate daily workloads for fulfillment teamPrint orders, manage collateral inventory, analyze daily performance, and provide productivity updates throughout the dayAssist with schedulingCoordinate the pulling of personal meal orders placed by employeesCheck system to ensure accurate delivery of special orders or last minute changes to ordersPrint temperature sensor reports daily for all sensorsPrevent line from stopping by getting adjustments of inventory issues onlineKeep daily attendance of lineMake sure loads pushed by logistics feed into the truck schedule and if needed, add extra trucksConfirm loads pushed are accurate and nothing is missingConfirm new menu items have a value and zone assignmentCommunicate with leaders at all levels throughout the facilityRequired Skills and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent Must be willing and able to work overtime as neededMicrosoft office skills, intermediate ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks during the dayDemonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt Organized and detail-orientedPreferred Skills and ExperienceCRM experience preferredBilingual (English/Spanish)Physical RequirementsRegularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and armsFrequently required to stand, communicate, and listenOccasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouchOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusAble to perform repetitive movementsAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)Company Overview
