**Job Title: 2nd Shift Welder** **Job Description** We are looking for a 2nd shift Mig/Tig Welder with experience in an Aerospace, Military, or prototype facility. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in Tig & Mig Welding, with a stronger proficiency in Tig Welding. The position requires starting on the 1st shift for AWS training with our CWI before transitioning to the 2nd shift. Responsibilities include: - Tig and Mig Welding - Fabrication - Blueprint Reading - Welding on steel, aluminum, and Invar - Completing vertical ups and flat welds - Performing prep work with 4'' and 7' grinders - Working on a variety of tool sizes, from very small to extremely large. This 2nd shift position operates Monday through Friday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with mandatory 8-hour shifts on Saturdays and optional Sundays. Once direct, employees receive a $1.00 shift premium for the 2nd shift. **Hard Skills** + Mig Welding + Tig Welding + Fabrication + Blueprint Reading + Steel, Aluminum & Invar Welding + Thick Tubing + AWS Certification (preferred) **Work Environment** This is a newer, large facility with a laid-back atmosphere as long as tasks are completed. The facility can be warmer in the summer but benefits from some breeze.
