Job Description
Join our team as a 2nd Shift Welder, where you will be involved in MIG welding on mild steel, welding frames for trailers, and occasionally performing small fabrication duties such as cutting, bending, and assembly. You will be required to work off blueprints. Entry-level and recent Tech School grads are welcome to apply as well!

We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for advancement, including the potential to get into robotic welding. Enjoy a $1 raise after 4 months and a $2 premium for the 2nd shift. Work Environment
The 2nd shift hours are from 4:00 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Thursday, with possible voluntary overtime on Fridays. The facility is very large and not climate-controlled, making it cool in the winters and hot in the summers. The environment is loud, so ear plugs are required. The dress code includes jeans, work-appropriate t-shirts, and steel toe shoes. Note that contractors must have steel toe shoes on their first day or they will be sent home and will not be able to start until the following week. A clean shave is required for the respirator test, though sideburns are allowed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
