2nd Shift Worker, Prod Bagging - Preferred Popcorn

Position Summary:
The Production Bagging Worker is responsible for preparing and processing packaging of products. Responsible for following all safety and quality standards required as required by Company Policy. The position functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:Operate packaging line and other plant duties as assignedOperate forklift, slipsheet machines, and pallet jacks to move product and load trucks/containers accordinglyUnload incoming material and document accordinglyUnderstand and follow shipping schedule to ensure on time packaging and shippingGather, inspect, and complete paperwork required for shipping and traceabilityFollow all policies and procedures required by Preferred Popcorn that involve the packaging of productsComplete appropriate documentation in order to comply with company guidelines, not limited to packaging and finished product traceabilityMonitor CCP completing appropriate paperworkPerform food safety and quality inspections on finished productCollect retention samples from customer ordersReport any food safety, quality, and occupational concerns to management immediatelyFollow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness, and BRC/FDAOther duties as assigned by the Plant Operations Manager and manage managementPreferred Popcorn has worked to become a worldwide leader in the popcorn industry.
