Job Description

As a Fleet Service Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service and maintenance activities, optimizing equipment uptime, and managing resources effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety.

What you’re responsible for:

Ensuring resources are in place to perform the planned work (Parts, Labour, shop space etc.)Developing and communicating the Weekly Maintenance plan and creating work orders as requiredEnsuring open work orders meet required standard, and status is kept up to date; Manages Work order backlogMaintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM statusPreparing job plans for planned workCoordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs.Prioritize equipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality.Organizing resources in advance to ensure efficient execution of planned workCompleting adhoc reports and projects as requested

Qualifications

To join our team:

310T certification2 years experience relating to fleet maintenance preferredThorough knowledge of maintenance practices and proceduresExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDetailed working knowledge of planning and scheduling tools (MS Office Package, etc)Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
