POSITION DESCRIPTION: Accounting/Finance Analyst
Responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing concepts
for planning and control relating to the particular functional staff.
Performs technical analysis to determine present and future
performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes
recommendations for future plans. Responsible for conducting analysis
projects and special statistical studies. Work may involve the
performance of clerical operations. Relies on instructions and
pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works
under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically
require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a
supervisor or manager.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures
within a particular field, i.e. Finance, Human Resources, Global
Supply Management, Communications, etc.* Intermediate skills in Word
and Excel required*
Ability to organize, plan and document tasks* Good oral and written
communication skills* Self-starting, requiring minimal direction*
Interpersonal skills

Financial Analyst for the Commodities Management staff.
Responsibilities: *EMAC performance reporting for -South America
-Asia Pacific -AHG *Maintenance of the ECIP Tool (Enterprise Cost
Improvement Tool - Web front end). *Running month end data pulls to
complete performance reporting. *Updating status of projects as they
progress through the project implementation cycle. *Analysis of month
end performance reporting for the regions under span of
responsibility. *Assist in the proving (Validation) of EMAC project
business cases. *One off reporting requirements related to standard
reporting on an ad-hoc basis. *Coordinate the scheduling and
execution of meetings for the regions under span of responsibility.
*Maintenance of eRoom for performance reports. *Miscellaneous
clerical assistance and support of other EMAC teams as required.
Here are the requirements: Education: Business related degree,
Finance or Accounting preferred. - BA PC Skills: MS Excel, MS Word,
and MS PowerPoint Communication Skills: Verbal and written.
Interpersonal Skills: Must be comfortable interacting with different
departments and different regions of the world. Often required to
plow new routes to obtain data.
