340B Analyst | Pharmacy | Mon-Fri, Day Shift
Overview Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable 340B Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in optimizing the 340B Drug Pricing Program, ensuring compliance, and driving cost-saving opportunities to support patient care initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Support 340B program operations, including auditing, compliance monitoring, and data analysis. Track, analyze, and report on 340B savings and program performance metrics. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including pharmacy and finance teams, to ensure program integrity. Provide business support to the Pharmacy Business Manager Identify opportunities for program improvements and implement best practices. Maintain accurate documentation and records for compliance purposes. Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with pharmacy or 340B management software. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
