What you will be doing
As a 340B Program Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with vendors administering the 340B program. You will engage with Pharmacy Operations to implement new 340B programs, educate pharmacy staff, and provide training to control inventory. You will work closely with Accounting, Finance, and Managed Care in tracking the performance of programs, ensuring data integrity, and providing proper reporting and analysis using programs such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Lastly, you will promote the 340B program and highlight its value for Albertsons/Safeway’s participation.
Main responsibilities
Maintain relationship with vendors that administer the 340B program Implement new programs, educate pharmacy staff, and provide training to control inventory Track performance of and audit current programs to ensure compliance of HRSA regulations Work closely with Accounting on proper sales recording, gross margin calculations, and inventory calculations Provide analysis and reporting to FP&A team to accurately manage 340B impact on pharmacies
The salary range is $54,600 to $71,040 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits include, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, optional life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
What we are searching for
Preferred background as a Pharmacy Technician in Retail Pharmacy 1-2 years of experience with the 340B programWe believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience
Possess strong problem-solving abilities, project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively. Solid understanding of financial concepts is essential Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with SQL is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills and be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
