POSITION SUMMARY

The 340B Medication Adherence Specialist is responsible for contributing to Adelante’s Value Based Care (VBC) measures. This includes but is not limited to participating in related projects/initiatives, compliance, auditing, and medication management related to the health plan metrics five-star ratings for Adelante Healthcare.
