The 340B Program Specialist will work with the 340b program manager to administer the Marshfield Clinic Health System 340b drug operations and compliance program. This individual will be responsible for day to day activities related to drug ordering and purchasing for 340b as well as audit function. The 340B Program Specialist will work closely with pharmacy buyers and pharmacists across the system.
WORK SHIFT:
M-F; 7:00 am - 5:30 pm variable
Hybrid work may be available for this position but onsite work in Marshfield, WI will be required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: None
Preferred/Optional: Associates Degree in Healthcare.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: Two years pharmacy experience or two years medical office experience.
Preferred/Optional: Pharmacy purchasing experience or 340b experience.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position, which must be maintained in good standing:
Minimum Required: Certified Pharmacy Technician awarded by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) completed within six months of hire.
Preferred/Optional: Certified Pharmacy Technician awarded by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) at time of hire.
