Job Description
**Summary:**
Works with the Manager/Supervisor to assure qualification for the 340B program are both met and maintained, program is fully implemented in appropriate areas of qualified use. Construct and perform audits, review and apprise on effectiveness of controls and audit results. Maintains a high level of integrity and overall knowledge on all aspects of program. Able to guide and train others in the program. This includes the training of all hospital and retail staff necessary on 340B and the systems involved to ensure adhesion to Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) regulatory requirements of qualified patients, drugs, and locations. Ensures program meets all primary objectives such as compliance, maximal participation and efficiency of 340B related processes.
**Education And Credentials**
**Responsibilities:**
HS - High School Diploma or GED required. BS - Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required. In lieu of degree.
**Experience**
**Other information:**
5 yrs experience in accounting, finance or pharmacy within the last 8 years required. Microsoft Excel 2010- Normal User skills test required.
