• Expected to lead the Money In teams which includes the existing Phase 1 Money In teams (Client Contribution Listbill, Client Contribution eRemit, New Business) and RS Phase 2 Money In and Advisor Support team
• Manage all functions related to movement of money into the organization - payroll processing, participant and group implementations for payroll set up, new business/account set up, GPS set up/rebalance, Lock Box processing, Internal Transfers, Corrections both participant and group, and TOV Processing
• UAT for relevant applications
• SMEs for business requirements
• Participate in remediation efforts
• Clearing suspense
• Manage support mailboxes
• Make outbound participant NIGO calls - resources available to answer support hotlines for call center
• Bot monitoring and reporting
