Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a 3D Model Finisher to join their team. As a 3D Model Finisher, you will be part of the Digital Engineering department supporting the 3D Printing & Prototyping team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** 3D Model Finisher **Location:** RTP, North Carolina **Pay Rate:** $20.23/hr **What's the Job?** + Clean and hand finish 3D printed models according to defined standard operating procedures. + Utilize precision measurement devices to ensure dimensional accuracy of models. + Operate 3D printing equipment and perform routine maintenance to produce accurate prototypes. + Maintain laboratory supplies and evaluate new techniques for quality model finishing. + Contribute to R&D of 3D printing applications as directed by management. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma is required; experience with model finishing or machining is preferred. + Experience with 3D printing technologies is a strong plus. + Proven computer experience, including the ability to use CAD software. + Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. + Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on next-generation medical products. + Dynamic and collaborative work environment. + Hands-on experience with advanced 3D printing technologies. + Contribute to meaningful projects that impact healthcare. + Professional growth and development opportunities.
