Apple’s Content Design team conceptualizes, designs and leads the development of high-quality creative work for some of Apple’s most visible products. Whether we’re launching a new sport to our service, or introducing Messi to MLS, our mission is to create inspiring work for Apple TV every day. We do that with compelling creative, a culture first mindset, and the belief that great design makes Apple TV even better. We are seeking a 3D Designer to craft innovative, inspiring, and visually stunning design solutions for our sports initiatives. You’ll work on industry-shaping projects, with the opportunity to set new standards for sports design across broadcast packages and editorial art. You’ll bring your functional expertise to a collaborative team that is committed to creative that will energize and excite fans in new ways.
**Description**
From design development to final production, the 3D Sports Designer will work with members of the Content Design team to deliver compelling, elegant creative to sports fans around the world. You are someone who is highly creative, can multi-task and works well with production deadlines. The 3D Sports Designer will help to shape the future of Apple sports design through a combination of technical expertise and creative vision.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of related work experience
+ Mastery of Cinema 4D, including modeling, lighting, and texturing
+ Proficiency with latest render engines (Redshift, Octane, etc.)
+ Experience in creating highly polished, composited style frames
+ Ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions
+ Capable of independently developing design directions
+ Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with team members
+ Enthusiasm for working with sports brands
**Key Qualifications**
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Have worked on sports projects in the past
+ Strong 2D design skills, including composition and typography
+ Working knowledge of particle software, such as X-Particles or Houdini.
+ Experience with 3D animation
+ Working knowledge of other 3D software, such as Maya and Unreal Engine
+ Experience in 3D design for sports, entertainment, and/or marketing.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,000 and $225,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
