3K Family Child Care Network Educational Specialist
Support the planning and implementation of research-based curriculum and lesson planning through bimonthly supervision visits to FCC 3K providers.
Provide guidance and professional learning for providers on the implementation of mixed-age curriculum.
Support coaching for providers.
Support providers with child assessments, authentic assessments, and serving special population
Support with professional development for providers.
Support with provider recruitment, student recruitment and family services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education
Spanish speaking preferred

Responds quickly to policy and procedure violations using the organizations progressive disciplinary procedures
Responds seriously and confidently to reports of suspicious and inappropriate behaviors
Follows mandated reporting requirements
Communicates to all employees the organization’s commitment to protect their clients from abuse
Reports essential abuse risk management information to the board of directors
Salary: $50,000 - $68,652
