**Job Title: 3rd shift Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler for our team. The position requires working the 3rd shift from 10pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday. You will be responsible for gasketing sheet metal plates and using a tape gun to hold units together. This role involves working with a partner to gasket each plate and building up to gasketing 400 plates per shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble subcomponents and finished products within the facility.
+ Fit metal products using hand tools and power tools.
+ Review assembly diagrams to determine parts and quantities needed.
+ Work in a fast-paced production and assembly environment.
+ Lift 60lbs+ to fit products together.
+ Work with a team member to fulfill product orders daily.
+ Engage in lifting, climbing, standing, walking, and extending arms for extended periods.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to operate an overhead crane.
+ Proficiency in reading assembly drawings and schematics.
+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to use a tape measure.
+ Ability to lift 50lbs+ (40lbs+ independently).
+ Capability to regularly walk, sit, and reach for extended periods.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED (must be obtained within a certain time frame after conversion to permanent).
+ Comfort with repetitive lifting and physical tasks.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
