Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise hourly union workers Duties/Responsibilities: Receive and evaluate hogs as they arrive at the plantCount and sort off-quality hogsSupervise hourly union workforce in completion of dutiesComplete necessary paperworkComply with relevant laws, rules, and procedures, including Packers and Stockyards Required Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational skills Communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette Good work history including attendance Team player among all shiftsEducation, Experience, Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
