**Job Title: 3rd Shift Boxer** **Job Description** Candidates will bag the finished product and weigh it to ensure it is the correct weight. Once this is completed, they will tape the box shut and lift the box onto the pallet, with each box weighing up to 50 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Utilize scales appropriately, including providing power, calibrating with proper weights, and ensuring accurate measurements. + Stack boxes in an orderly fashion for palletizing. + Read and understand product codes and lot numbers. + Find proper screens for Swecos and Comils. + Operate all equipment belts, Swecos, Comils, and metal detectors. + Perform CCP checks per SOP, document and remedy non-compliance issues on paperwork. + Perform quality checks to ensure the product matches sight standards. + Maintain food safety culture in regard to food defense, quality, and cGMPs for production and warehousing. + Trained and certified in stand-up forklift operation. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of relevant manufacturing/production experience. + Ability to lift 50 lbs every two minutes. + Experience in food production is a plus. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Dependable and reliable candidates who are open to learning. + Training will be provided. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a family-like atmosphere where every employee is treated as an equal.
