**Job Title: 3rd Shift CAS Operator** **Job Description** Operate, adjust, and maintain Conveyor Application System (CAS) Machine or Reverse Osmosis (RO) machine. Responsibilities include changing fixtures, troubleshooting operational errors, monitoring machine output and production rates, and ensuring proper output. After production runs, operators will break down fixtures and sanitize machine components. The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds at times and entering commands and changes into PLC software to control machine operations. **Responsibilities** + Operate and adjust CAS or RO machines. + Change fixtures and troubleshoot operational errors. + Monitor machine output and production rates to ensure proper output. + Break down fixtures and sanitize machine components after production runs. + Enter commands and changes into PLC software to control machine operations and output. + Lift up to 60 pounds as needed. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of machine operating experience (preferably in a food environment, but not required). + Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. + 1 year of experience in machine troubleshooting, food manufacturing, and inspection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Food experience is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** This is a fantastic place to work with great benefits, including an on-site physical therapist free of charge. Saturdays are paid at 1.5x rate and Sundays at 2x rate. The dress code includes jeans, steel toes, hair net, beard net, smock, and safety glasses.
