**Job Title: 3rd Shift CAS Operator** **Job Description** Operate, adjust, and maintain Conveyor Application System (CAS) Machine or Reverse Osmosis (RO) machine. Responsibilities include changing fixtures, troubleshooting operational errors, monitoring machine output and production rates, and ensuring proper output. After production runs, operators are responsible for breaking down fixtures and sanitizing machine components. Must be comfortable working with computers and data entry, as you will enter commands and changes into PLC software to control machine operations and output. Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 pounds throughout the day. **Responsibilities** + Operate, adjust, and maintain CAS or RO machines. + Change fixtures and troubleshoot operational errors. + Monitor machine output and production rates. + Ensure proper machine output. + Break down fixtures and sanitize machine components post-production. + Enter commands and changes into PLC software. + Perform data entry related to machine operations. + Lift up to 60 pounds throughout the day. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of machine operating experience (preferably in a food environment, but not required). + Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. + 1 year of machine troubleshooting experience. + Experience in food manufacturing and inspection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Food experience is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** This is a fantastic place to work with great benefits, including an on-site physical therapist free of charge. The facility is kept cooler to prevent cheese from spoiling. Shifts are 8 hours long on a 7-day work week with a 5-day schedule, meaning employees will work 5 days per week, including at least one weekend per month. Saturdays are compensated at 1.5x the regular rate, and Sundays at 2x the regular rate. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toe shoes, hair net, beard net, smock, and safety glasses.
