Performs various jobs in foundry concerned with the receipt of scrap material including weighing, transporting, dumping, storing and identifying.

Responsibilities Understand and participate in “TAKE CONTROL of SAFETY”Operates mobile equipment such as: pay loaders, forklifts, and skid steersIdentify material for accuracy and identificationWeighs material by use of scalesMarks and identifies material for processingHandles a portion of maintaining of equipment by the process of Preventative MaintenanceAssist with processing of scrap through shredder or dryer.Transports and stages material before and after processing procedureLoads and unloads materials, parts, or products onto or from pallets, skids, conveyors, or trucks.Tests material as needed.Assists with housekeeping standards for the area Qualifications 1-2 years manufacturing experienceProblem Solving SkillsBasic math skillsAbility to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail
