**Job Title: Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor** **Pay/Shift/Additional Information:** + Pay: $33.00/hr. - $36.00/hr. + 1.5X after 40 + Will Become Salary after 3-6 Months + Our company offers an attendance bonus, bi-weekly pay, and a plant-wide yearly bonus based on quality, safety, and company performance. + There is an opportunity for further training in Electrical, Robotics, and Hydraulics. + Shift: Monday to Friday, 11p to 7a + It is a non-union environment. **Job Description** + We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising maintenance technicians. This role requires a combination of 70% mechanical and 30% electrical skills. The supervisor will oversee the maintenance of eight blow molding equipment, four electrode welders, various conveyor lines, and four KUKA robots. Additionally, the role involves working with pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, bearings, air pressure equipment, drives, valves, AC/DC systems, cylinders, pumps, various shafts, and other secondary equipment. Maintenance of forklifts or lifting equipment and reading blueprints and schematics are also required. Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V single and three-phase, MIG and Stick Welding, and PLC troubleshooting or programming experience are a plus.
