Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:00am)Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment.Set up and prepare machinery for production runs.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to execute maintenance tasks.Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety and Health regulations.Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, work orders, and preventive maintenance logs.Work overtime as needed with or without advance notice.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.3rd Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent technical training preferred.6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in basic math and the ability to apply algebra and geometry concepts.Basic computer skills, includingWord processing, Spreadsheets, and Email.Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
