**Job Title: 3rd Shift Milling Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Milling Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain day-to-day operations of automated production CNC machine cells. This role involves using all the machine’s tooling, troubleshooting cutting tools, setting up, running, inspecting parts, and addressing common manufacturing issues. Training will be provided in-house to ensure you are fully capable of handling these responsibilities. **Responsibilities** + Maintain day-to-day operations of automated production CNC machine cells. + Use all machine tooling proficiently. + Troubleshoot tools that are cutting improperly and make necessary changes to correct the root cause before tool failure. + Set up, run, and inspect parts throughout the shift. + Troubleshoot common manufacturing issues. **Essential Skills** + Blueprint reading + Quality check + Use of calipers and micrometers + CNC machining + Inspection and quality control + Understanding of g&m codes **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Technical or mechanical aptitude + Strong computer skills + Strong basic math and spatial reasoning + Clear communication and coordination with team members + Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic + Attention to detail + Ability to work independently and within a team + Adaptability to a changing work environment + Prior experience with blueprint reading and g&m code reading is helpful but not required **Why Work Here?** We offer multiple opportunities for advancement, as we prefer to promote from within.
