**Job Title: 3rd Shift Mixer** **WEEKLY PAY!!!!** **PAY- $22-24** **Responsibilities** + Accurately follow blending sheet instructions. + Maintain food safety culture regarding food defense, quality, and cGMPs. + Assemble all ingredients correctly and record on production paperwork. + Utilize scales properly, including providing power, calibrating, and taring. + Stack boxes in an orderly fashion for palletizing. + Read and understand product codes and lot numbers. + Find proper screens for Swecos and Comils. + Operate equipment belts, Swecos, Comils, and metal detectors. + Perform CCP checks as per SOP and document non-compliance issues. + Perform quality checks to ensure products match sight standards. + Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace. + Understand and master all sanitization processes, including cleaning, breaking down, and reassembling equipment. + Consistently follow all sanitization processes to ensure food safety. + Practice food safety, sanitization, and work safety policies and procedures. **Essential Skills** + 6 months to 1 year of food production mixing, blending, or compounding experience. + Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the day. + Ability to read off a recipe list with specific measurements. **Why Work Here?** Experience a family feel where every employee is treated equally.
