**Job Title: 3rd Shift Operator** **Job Description** The 3rd Shift Operator is responsible for manufacturing flavors including powders, spray dry, liquids, emulsions, and extracts, specifically within the Dry-Blend goods department. This role involves assembling batches according to formulations on each batch ticket while prioritizing food safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy. The operator may handle machinery such as mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks. Attention to detail and the ability to read labels on raw materials and follow safety procedures are essential. Uniforms and lockers are provided for personal belongings. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wauconda, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
