Pay Range - $40.00/hr.
Bartech has an excellent long term contract opportunity with John Deere for a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor. The individual in this role will manage and monitor individual and departmental production and maintenance employee performance . Additionally, this role will:
Job Description Establish the employee environment regarding communications, feedback, and overall guidance Ensure that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction, and tooling to successfully execute their jobs Drive department-level support of factory goals regarding 5S implementation, Continuous Improvement, manpower planning, and operating budgets
Job Requirements Demonstrated experience utilizing lean manufacturing techniques to drive business improvements Two or more years of experience with shop floor manufacturing, maintenance, and incentive pay systems (such as CIPP) Cross-functional work experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Material Control, or Supply Management Possess a good working knowledge of the appropriate operating and information systems used in Operations (Word, Excel, SAP, SharePoint, PowerBI
For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing while providing services to John Deere, who is looking for people who are eligible to work in the US and can start immediately.
