**Overview**
Adecco has partnered with a leading manufacturing client in Angola, IN, to recruit a dedicated **3rd Shift Production Supervisor** . This position plays a key role in overseeing production processes, ensuring product quality, and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with shop floor operations, particularly in areas such as **Lathes, Mills, Gundrilling, Grinders, Electropolishing, and Epoxy processes** . A deep understanding of the workflow from raw materials to finished products is essential to identify and address bottlenecks effectively, enabling sustained growth in Angola.

**Shift:** Third (10 PM – 6 AM)

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Supervise and manage all production activities on the assigned shift.
+ Ensure employee safety and compliance with safety standards.
+ Monitor and maintain product quality and production output.
+ Provide training and development opportunities for employees.
+ Identify and alleviate process bottlenecks without causing downstream issues.
+ Support plant objectives and foster a team-based environment.
+ Promote and enforce safety standards as a safety advocate.
+ Perform employee reviews and recommend personnel actions.
+ Ensure compliance with ISO and FDA regulations.
+ Support Material Review Board and handle emergency response activities.
+ Attend meetings to address quality and production-related issues.
**Job Qualifications**
**Education/Experience:**
+ Two-year degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience preferred.
**Essential Skills and Competencies:**
+ Strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly Lathes, Mills, Gundrilling, Grinders, Electropolish, and Epoxy areas.
+ Ability to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
+ Effective supervisory and people management skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.
+ Familiarity with inspection, measuring, and test equipment.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Basic computer skills.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
+ Oversee all production staff on the designated shift.
+ Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
+ Handle disciplinary actions, employee reviews, and personnel decisions.
