Provide feedback to employees through performance evaluations and regular short interval meetings. Engage new employees through comprehensive training and regular meetings to reduce turnover. Evaluate the quality of over 1,000 SKUs and make necessary adjustments to ensure high standards. Efficiently manage and assign labor to meet production schedules. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met. Enforce company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices. Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production lines and other policies. Ensure maintenance tasks are completed, including writing work orders and suggesting upgrades. Conduct new product introduction meetings with R&D and work with production teams to ensure successful launches. Analyze and resolve work-related issues, assisting employees in problem-solving. Identify root causes of production floor issues and implement actions to prevent recurrence. Qualifications and skills

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in a related field, or 3-5 years of experience in a production environment, or a related combination of both.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires standing for long periods.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience in SAP is desired but not required. Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479 to $95,074 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
