Position Overview:
\r\nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Manager to lead our sanitation team and ensure our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This is a crucial role within our organization, where you will oversee the sanitation processes, manage a skilled team, and work closely with various departments to maintain our commitment to food safety and quality.

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPosition: 3rd Shift - Sanitation Manager\r\n\tLocation: Fullerton, CA\r\n\tIndustry: Food \r\n\tSchedule: 3rd Shift - 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Flexible, with potential early or late stays required)\r\n\tSalary: $95,000 - $115,000 (Negotiable, with potential relocation assistance if necessary)\r\n\tBonus: 10% Annual Bonus\r\n\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Qualifications:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t3+ years of sanitation managerial experience in the food industry.\r\n\tExtensive experience with CIP systems, allergens, bottling, and large-scale production environments.\r\n\tProficient in Excel for trend tracking and data analysis.\r\n\tBilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred).\r\n\t3+ years of SQF (Safe Quality Food) experience.\r\n\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-care environment with complex challenges.?\r\n\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tLead and train the sanitation team on proper Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).\r\n\tEnsure compliance with all product quality, food safety, employee safety, and environmental standards.\r\n\tDrive continuous improvement processes within the sanitation department.\r\n\tCollaborate with production, maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.\r\n\tProtect products from contamination and participate in third-party, customer, and regulatory audits.\r\n\tManage the master cleaning schedule and optimize labor resources.\r\n\tMonitor and audit sanitation processes, making adjustments as needed.\r\n\tOversee vendor interactions related to sanitation supplies and services.\r\n\tLead effective team meetings and ensure the sanitation crew is well-equipped for daily tasks.\r\n\r\n\r\n
